Hi,
I have a Kodak Zi6. It's a little bit different shape than other cameras though.
Here's a picture: [URL Truncated]
Would any camera tripod work? If not, can you find one?
Thanks
Your link goes no where by the way.
Yes, all camera and tripod mounting screws are standard size. If you have any doubts at all take your camera to the store of your choice, see if it will mount to the display model.
Why did you put up a link to a photo no one can access? I looked it up elsewhere.
Does it have a thread mount for a standard tripod? Looking at the pic I found Im not sure it does.
If it has a thread mount any tripod will work. If there is no thread mount typical tripods wont work.
Well, your link is bad, but as a photographer, I know that the screw size on most tripods are standardized. So, yes, your camera should work on most tripods.
Answer by googleplex on 15 Jan 2010 08:53:19Tripods are made to be universal. Any tripod will work with any camera. If you look on the bottom of your camera you'll see a hole that looks like i was made for kind of a large screw. They are all the same size.
