What is a good still camera for shooting video?

I'm looking to replace my four year old still camera and would like one that is also pretty good at shooting video. I'm not looking to spend more than $200 but if there is a good one for more than that, that you think I should know about feel free to post it. Thanks.

If video really matters to you, you need to buy a camcorder.
One tiny little P&S really can't do both, at least not very well.

If so-so quality is good enough, then it really won't matter much. All those little P&Ss are very similar, although I would stick with a Canon or a Nikon.

The best is Canon's EOS 5D Mark 2.
That costs a lot.

Try HP's SB360 or Canon's Powershot SD 1200.

Hope this helps.
